Pioneer FM has a reputation for delivering consistent, high-quality services, which has resulted in the rapid growth of the business. Each month, we take on new clients and now employ a workforce of over 1,000 Pioneers.
During the pandemic, we have been busy assessing our processes and procedures to ensure they reflect the high standards and values we operate against, and we have worked hard to attain the internationally recognised ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications.
Gaining ISO accreditation means that our management system, processes, service, and documentation procedures meet the requirements for standardisation. This demonstrates the quality, environmental protection, and health and safety applied across the business, products, services, and systems ensure a consistently high standard is maintained.
These certifications help to keep our products and services up to date because when ISO standards change, we are required to change with them. For every client we partner with, whether they are new or existing, it means they can be sure we will remain continually compliant to these international standards.
And for our business, it means that we are committed to ISO’s values and standards as it provides a resilient framework for consistent service delivery, as proven through the national and global pandemic.
Our ISO journey has been overseen by Andrew Holdstock, MD of Increase Success. Andrew has a wealth of experience across multiple sectors.
He said: “Achieving ISO certification in quality, environmental, and health and safety, standards which are recognised around the world, is a major achievement. To do so with no non-conformities, as the certification body commented at the time, is remarkable and indicative of Pioneer FM’s commitment to doing the right thing, first time, and every time.
This endorsement from an independent body also provides further encouragement and confidence for Pioneer FM’s existing and growing client base, and it will create new business opportunities.”
Each ISO accreditation focuses on specific and overlapping areas of our business and service. ISO 9001 supports us in our customer focus to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of our services and products.
ISO14001 supports our commitment to protect the environment and it influences our choice of products, and operational activities to minimise environmental impact for us and our clients.
And ISO 45001 concentrates on our commitment to safety and welfare at work for our teams at head office and in site locations through regular training and awareness programmes.
Pioneer FM CEO, MJ Pettit, said: “The systems we now have in place provide a framework that supports our growth. They will shape the future of Pioneer FM and give our new and existing customers confidence that what we say we can deliver is exactly what we will deliver.”
