Background
BWFC, based in north London, runs a training academy for 600 16 to 19-year-olds. There are 9 classrooms at the ground where 150 trainees study every day for personal training qualifications, alongside football training on Astro Turf pitches.
What was the challenge
To all intents and purposes, this is a school setting. BWFC takes its academic schedule very seriously and requires the classrooms to be clean and tidy ahead of each school day. Cleaning needs to be done before and/or after lessons begin each day. The academy’s day runs from 9am until 3pm.
Pioneer FM Approach
We appointed and vetted a cleaner who was able to clean during the required hours. We are mindful of the fact that, particularly during Covid times, the changing rooms and showers, need to be kept spotlessly clean. The Academy can get messy and inevitably some black rubber crumbs from the Astro Turf pitches are carried into the academy after training. We use innovative equipment, which is able to get around the space quickly, pick up the pitch crumbs, and give fast results.
The Benefits and Key Achievements
The classrooms and changing rooms are ready for use by teachers and students every day. We carry out regular audits and always achieve high standards.
