Our HR & payroll Officer acts as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative and HR support and managing their queries

Duties & Responsibilities:

HR & Payroll

  • Ensure all new employees are inducted and familiarised with Health, Safety and emergency procedures, all relevant forms are signed promptly, and a clock-in number is issued.
  • Check attendance reports from clock-in system and calculate any OT payments and casual hours. Run monthly payroll including RTI & reporting using IHCM2 & Realtime systems.
  • Check clock-in roll against the duty rota, prepare wages sheet fortnightly/monthly.
  • Manage and coordinate staff holidays.
  • Manage any irregularities in staff performance, systematic absences, lateness etc.
  • Participate in disciplinary procedures as required by the head of departments.
  • Identify training needs and arrange necessary training for staff.
  • Participate in the preparation and updating of training manuals and training programmes.
  • Identify potential among staff and promote learning, career development and progress within the Company.
  • Conduct performance appraisals for all relevant staff as and when required in liaison with the Head of HR and Heads of Departments.
  • Conduct exit interviews

Staff

  • Ensure the staffing needs of all departments are fulfilled for the smooth operation.
  • Ensure all staff are in line with company Grooming Standard requirements.
  • Keep personal files up-to-date, confidential, and complete with all necessary forms.
  • Establish and monitor effective employee relations.
  • Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance, and posture of all employees.
  • Keep staff well informed of company objectives and policies.
