Pioneer FM is looking for an Operations Administrator who is a strong communicator and has the ability to work to deadlines. **MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION**

Duties for the Operations Administrator role are;

  • Liaise directly with customers to find out the staffing they require, recruit, check RTW, and that they have the relevant paperwork to be onsite, and ensure that all H&S training and induction have taken place
  • Assist with HR and Payroll
  • Ensuring that the teams are using our Time and Attendance Software
  • Preparing Health and Safety documentation / Risk Method Statements.
  • General Administration duties.

In order to apply for the Operations Administrator role candidates must have;

  • Intermediate Word and Excel
  • Strong Customer service skills
  • Organised and self-motivated
